As this trailer was a recent purchase for the customer they knew it needed alot of work
Stripping out the brakes and fitting new linings and return springs, cleaning inspecting and repacking the wheel bearings with grease.
New brake rams and hydraulic hoses were fitted
All of the suspension pins and bushes were worn so new swinging hangers were fitted along with new bushes and pins.
All of the lights were removed and replaced with new led lights including rear lights, no plate light,side and front markers and rear outline markers, along with all new wiring and junction boxes

After the unreliable steering axle was damaged it was brought into us to have the axle removed and a rigid non steering axle fitted.
We supplied and fitted these windbreak curtains on to this pedestrian carrying trailer, they curtains can be wound up from the front and rear.
This flat eight bale carrier came in with a crack in the draw bar but on further investigation and removal of the brace it snapped. The draw bar was pulled straight ground out and welded and plated over for extra strength.
